About Me
Romas is former Deputy Permanent Representative of Lithuania to the EU in Brussels and Counsellor of Permanent Mission in Geneva. Romas took part in Lithuania’s accession negotiations to the EU and WTO, and was Director of International Economic Relations at Foreign Ministry. Additionally, he served as Vice-Minister of Energy in Lithuania, with the primary task of securing the energy supply, developing cross-border energy infrastructure projects, and transforming state-owned energy companies based on OECD principles of Good Corporate Governance. Romas has outstanding skills and knowledge in Good Corporate Governance of SOEs (State Owned Enterprises)
