Laure is a French trainer, consultant, and professor specialising in EU affairs and international politics. She has advised governments across the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia through EU and EBRD-funded projects. In 2013, she supported the Lithuanian EU Council Presidency as part of a European Commission team, focusing on EU external action and development policy, and trained Lithuanian officials in EU sectoral policies. In 2017, she trained the Estonian officials, in 2021 the Slovenian officials, and in January 2026 the Lithuanian officials, in negotiation and chairing skills ahead of their respective EU Council Presidencies.
