Skilled in e-learning and AI-based instructional design, Katrin has run training programmes for the European External Action Service, for the EU Presidencies of Estonia, Finland and Slovenia and for the Assembly of Kosovo.  She was previously managing director of CPDS Europe, training coordinator at eu-LISA and programme manager at the Estonian School of Diplomacy.
