About Me
A lecturer at Maastricht University and Berlin’s Hertie School of Governance, he has worked for the World Food Programme, for Liberty Global, as well as with the Netherlands Marine Corps. As a Dutch diplomat, he has been Deputy Ambassador to Germany and Deputy Permanent Representative to the EU.
